G & R Manufacturing utilizes U.S. Baird 219's and Waterbury Farrell 12 and 15. Our capabilities offer blank sizes up to 3.25" (82.55 mm) and a draw length of 2.5" (63.5 mm) using all ferrous and non ferrous metals and stainless steel.

During the manufacturing process G&R Manufacturing uses vibratory tumbling and deburring to decrease time to final assembly and offer an overall consisstent finish. Our process services both ferrous and non-ferrous components in a wide range of size and configuration. Final finishing can include plating, black oxide, anodizing, heat treat, etc.
